Kartomed keeps doctor visits, lab results, examinations, vaccinations, medications and documents of every year in one place — for you and for everyone in the family. Nothing about you leaves the phone unless you send it yourself.
Kartomed is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
The date of the last vaccination, last spring's haemoglobin, the name of the pills that helped — found in seconds, not in a drawer of papers.
Visits, lab tests, examinations, vaccinations, measurements and courses of medicine stand in one line, newest first. Search finds a doctor, a diagnosis or a test; filters leave only what you are looking for.
Complaints, symptoms, diagnoses from the national classification, prescriptions, referrals and the cost. Each visit keeps the doctor's report and its scans beside it.
Each value is kept with the reference range printed on the form, and a chart shows how it changed over months and years. A value outside the range is marked — only a doctor can assess what it means.
Blood pressure, pulse, weight, temperature and blood sugar, with charts next to the lab results.
Courses with reminders at the hours you set; mark a dose as taken right from the notification. The home medicine cabinet counts what is left and warns before the expiry date.
A child's plan built from the official calendar of Ukraine or Russia, with a combined vaccine counted once, and recurring shots — flu and others — with reminders.
A QR code or a photo of a business card fills in the doctor's details. The clinic's address is found by its name, the route opens in your maps app, and a new phone contact is filled in with one tap.
Chosen sections for a chosen period, in one file to print or send before the appointment.
Open DICOM images from the clinic's disc, flash drive or archive; CT and MRI in three planes. For viewing only, not for diagnosis.
Visual acuity and eye pressure over the years, and the glasses prescription always at hand at the optician's.
The scanner finds the edges of a page and straightens the shot. Photos and PDF files stay with the visit, the test or the examination they belong to.
Photograph a report or a lab form, and the text is sorted into fields: the doctor, the clinic, diagnoses, prescriptions, test values, the glasses prescription. Old documents can go in a batch, one by one, and fill the charts with past years.
Switch between profiles with one tap: a child's vaccinations, a parent's medicines, your own lab results — never mixed up.
No sign-up, no advertising, no analytics. Every record and document lives on your phone, and there is no server of ours to send them to.
Kartomed is your personal archive and reminder assistant, not a replacement for treatment. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Always consult a healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Kartomed is an unofficial app: it does not represent any government body and is not affiliated with one. The dictionaries and vaccination calendars are based on open official data for easier record keeping — check them against your doctor's documents.
No. Kartomed is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. It keeps your records and reminds you of medicines and visits; decisions about your health are made with a doctor.
On your phone only, in the app's private storage. There is no account and no server of ours, and we never receive your records. A backup goes where you choose — a folder on the phone, your Google Drive, Dropbox or WebDAV server — and to the cloud only encrypted with your password.
No. Every feature works without one: you enter records by hand and keep documents as scans. A key of your own only lets the app read a document and sort it into fields for you to check.
Only the pages of the document you chose, and the provider sees everything visible on them — so the app asks for your consent first and by default shows what will be sent. To explain lab results, only the names of the tests, the values, the units and the ranges are sent; your name and photo never are. It goes straight to the provider you picked, on your key, with no server of ours in between.
Whatever your provider charges: requests are paid to the provider at its prices, and the app takes nothing on top. You can set a monthly limit on the number of requests.
Yes. Each person has a profile of their own — you, the children, the parents — with their own visits, tests, medicines and emergency information, and a child's vaccination plan follows the national calendar.
Restore a backup on the new phone — from the folder, Google Drive, Dropbox or WebDAV. Android's own transfer while setting up a phone moves the records and documents too, but AI keys, the backup password and the PIN have to be entered again.
Yes — from the clinic's disc, a flash drive or an archive, with CT and MRI in three planes. The viewer is for looking at your own images, not for diagnosis.
The dictionaries of diagnoses and medicines and the vaccination calendars come from the official data of Ukraine and Russia, and the English names of diagnoses from ICD-10-CM. Elsewhere the app works just as well: type a diagnosis or a medicine yourself, and it stays in your dictionary.
